What services does ADLOQ offer?
ADLOQ is a family-run logistics provider from Erftstadt near Cologne, offering pharmaceutical logistics, general warehousing and contract logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, direct marketing, IT solutions and logistics consulting – as a full service from one hand if desired.
Where is ADLOQ located?
ADLOQ is based at Carl-Benz-Ring 16, 50374 Erftstadt in the Wirtschaftspark Süd business park and operates around 3,500 sqm of access-protected warehouse and logistics space there.
What certifications and audits does ADLOQ have?
ADLOQ is certified to ISO 9001:2015, holds an organic (Bio) certification and is GDP-audited by DEKRA (Good Distribution Practice).
Is ADLOQ sustainable?
Yes. ADLOQ has been CO₂-neutral since 2011 and has sourced exclusively green electricity since 1 November 2020. A 187 kWp solar system, heat-pump technology, hybrid vehicles in the fleet as well as material separation and biodegradable packaging films reduce its ecological footprint.

Is there a minimum volume for cooperation?
No. We serve clients of any size – from start-ups with just a few shipments to established senders with high volumes.

Warehousing & Pharma Logistics
How does ADLOQ store pharmaceuticals?
The storage, picking and distribution of pharmaceuticals at ADLOQ is carried out in line with § 52a of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG) and in full implementation of GDP (Good Distribution Practice). This is complemented by a HACCP hygiene standard.
What storage capacity does ADLOQ offer?
At the Erftstadt site, 5,000 pallet spaces, 2,500 shelf storage locations and around 600 sqm of block storage are available – combined with modern picking methods as well as real-time monitoring and shelf-life control.
What temperatures does ADLOQ store at?
Storage is temperature-controlled: the entire hall is kept at 15–25 °C, with an additional separate area at 4–8 °C. Temperature monitoring and batch documentation are standard.
Does ADLOQ support serialisation and traceability of pharmaceuticals?
Yes. Pharmaceuticals are stored and distributed in line with § 52a AMG and GDP – with traceability and seamless batch documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Fulfilment & E-Commerce
Does ADLOQ offer e-commerce fulfilment?
Yes. The fulfilment service covers automated data import, picking and shipping as well as delivery documents, invoice and return receipts, dunning and daily payment reconciliation – a genuine full service beyond mere delivery.
How does returns management work at ADLOQ?
Returns are an integral part of fulfilment: we receive returned goods, inspect them, put them back into stock or sort them out and create the associated documents – on request including credit note and payment reconciliation.
Can ADLOQ connect to my shop, ERP or inventory management system?
Yes. We offer all common interfaces – e.g. Shopify, Billbee and FTP – and program cross-system connections in various data formats. In addition, we are connected to all pharmaceutical wholesalers.
Which shipping providers does ADLOQ work with?
For standard shipping we work with DHL and DPD. Temperature-monitored shipments are handled via trans-o-flex.
Does ADLOQ also offer direct marketing and mailings?
Yes. The range of services includes printing, personalisation, address data processing, enveloping and the dispatch of bulk mail – cost-optimised via our partner network.
Debtor Management & Payments
What does debtor management mean?
Debtor management covers all activities relating to receivables from customers: invoicing, monitoring of open items, payment collection, payment reconciliation and dunning. ADLOQ handles this commercial process in addition to warehousing and shipping.
What is a SEPA file?
A SEPA file is an XML file per the ISO 20022 standard used to submit direct debits to the bank in bulk. We generate this file from the open invoices and provide it ready for submission.
What is open-item management?
Open-item management refers to the ongoing monitoring of all invoices that have not yet been paid and their settlement against the incoming payments on the bank account.
Does ADLOQ also handle collections?
We carry out the dunning process up to the final dunning level. Handover to a collection agency or lawyer takes place after your approval and according to predefined rules.
Can I book debtor management without warehouse logistics?

How secure is my data in debtor management?
Processing is carried out in compliance with the GDPR on the basis of a data processing agreement. Access is limited to the persons necessary for processing.
